Return and Refund Policy

At Ales Nova, we’re committed to providing a smooth shopping experience and dependable customer support. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The handbag must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and any included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Items that show signs of use such as stains, scratches, creasing, odors, or removed tags are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at help@alesnova.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide the return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. After inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

Return Shipping & Return Label Responsibility

Change of Mind:
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Customer must print and attach the return label.

Wrong Color/Style Ordered by Customer:
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Customer must print and attach the return label.

Damaged Item Received:
• Ales Nova will cover the return shipping cost.
• Customer will print the label; Ales Nova will cover the courier fee.

Incorrect Item Sent by Ales Nova:
• Ales Nova will cover the return shipping cost.
• Ales Nova will provide a return label link; customer only needs to print and attach it.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the product is used, damaged, missing accessories, or not in its original condition, the refund may be declined.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, email help@alesnova.shop and include your order number, item name, and reason for exchange.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • For general exchanges (change of style/color), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
Our team will assist you promptly.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
